-Michael really helped us out in several ways. We were in a deal that needed an immediate inspection, which he was able to accommodate. More importantly, the inspection and subsequent report were extremely thorough, detailing every major part of the home. He found things that I didn't see while looking at the home and helped us understand the major issues versus the improvements and watch outs. I've had inspections performed on previous properties and can tell you this was by far the most detailed and comprehensive inspection I have seen.
