Michael Imsand, President and CEO of GBC has over 20 years experience in the construction and renovation industry. His experience includes residential, commercial & multi-unit dwellings. In addition to his management experience of many years, he has always had a hand in the construction world.Recently receiving his diploma for graduating Penn Foster University, he achieved a 3.9 GPA. This course work has enabled him to become certified with the American Society of Home Inspectors and The National Association of Home Inspectors. Also, he has completed extensive study in the detection and remediation of hazardous materials found in the home such as Mold, Radon and other environmental concerns.
